With over 40 years of experience, Northwest Public Adjusting LLC exists for one purpose: to protect you—the policyholder. While insurance companies send adjusters to protect their bottom line, we work exclusively to protect yours.

Our founder, Rhonda, helped secure the legalization of public adjusting in Idaho in 2008, appearing before state legislators twice to ensure Idaho homeowners and business owners could finally have fair representation in the claims process. Before that, she served clients across California, Oregon, and Montana, and has been trusted as an expert witness in court.

Rhonda is a licensed public adjuster and went before Idaho Legislation in 2008 to get public adjusting recognized in Idaho. Before that, she settled claims all over the Pacific Northwest. She founded Northwest Public Adjusting, LLC. She loves being with family and friends, cooking delicious tacos, and traveling.

Cristi Bird

Cristi is a licensed public adjuster and owner of Northwest Public Adjusting, LLC. She earned her Master's Degree of Business Administration in 2004. She loves being with her family, singing in choirs, exploring new hikes, and traveling. She is thrilled to be serving the community!
